Off Road Paws is offering all our dog fitness services, including dog walking, running and hiking, along with our dog and cat pet sitting services under strict COVID-19 safety protocols. We are following the CDC and Colorado Department of Public Health’s guidelines when operating at all times. Included in Off Road Paws’ COVID-19 safety protocols are:
- Consistent and frequent hand washing by all employees throughout the day, before, in between and after each client visit.
- Consistent disinfecting with CDC approved disinfectant (https://www.epa.gov/pesticide-registration/list-n-disinfectants-use-against-sars-cov-2-covid-19) after touching any surfaces including leashes, collars, faucets, door handles, dog/cat bowls and any other surface we touch while in client homes.
- Masks are worn at all times indoors by employees and any time social distancing of at least 6 feet cannot be kept outside.
- Employees are to report any symptoms of COVID-19 immediately to management and will stay home and quarantine.
- Current clients are asked to report any symptoms of COVID-19 in their households and to suspend Off Road Paws services until tested negative for COVID-19 and/or quarantined for at least two weeks after symptoms resolve.
Off Road Paws understands how difficult and confusing the current environment is for everyone during the continuing pandemic. We are constantly keeping abreast of any changes in COVID-19 safety guidelines by the CDC and Colorado Department of Public Health. Our clients, their pets and our employees are our top priority at all times. We will continue to operate at full capacity as long as it is safe and we are allowed to keep our doors open. We are grateful to be considered an essential business by the state of Colorado.
